The image that you are looking is said to be Veronica's veil. Probably originally called 'veri icon' or the 'true image' of Jesus Christ on the way to Calvary. When this image was measured against the image on the Shroud of Tourin it proved to be the exact proportions and a perfect match! The only difference between the images were that on the 'veri icon' the face of Jesus had his eyes open and on the shroud the eyes were closed. You will notice that in this image his nose was broken,his forehead bruised. The man in the image had bruises around his eyes and cheek, additionally, most of his beard had been yanked out.There is no mention of Veronica in the Bible, the story states the image appeared on the cloth when the Master's face was wiped off.

Matthew 24:37-39 "As were the days of Noah, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. For just as in those days before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day when Noah went into the Ark, and they did not know or understand until the flood came and swept them all away--so will be the coming of the Son of Man."
Matthew 24:42-43 "Watch therefore, for you do not know in what kind of a day your Lord is coming. But understand this: had the household known in what watch the thief was coming, he would have watched and would not have allowed his house to be undermined and broken into."
What does is say about the days of Noah?

And God looked upon the world and saw how degenerate, debased, and vicious it was, for all of humanity had corrupted their way upon the earth and lost their true direction. God said to Noah, I intend to make an end of all flesh, for through men the land is filled with violence: and behold, I will destroy them and the land."
11Peter3:3-4 "To begin with, you must know and understand this, that scoffers will come in the last days with scoffing, walk after their own fleshly desires and say, Where is the promis of His coming? For since the forefathers fell asleep, all things have continued exactly as they did from the beginning of creation."
11Peter 3:10 "But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, and then the heavens will vanish with a thunderous crash, and the (material) elements will be dissolved with fire, and the earth and the works that are upon it will be burned up."
1Thessalonians 5:2-3 "For you yourselves know perfectly well that the day of the Lord will come as unexpectedly as a thief in the night. When all people are saying, All is well and secure, then in a moment unforeseen destruction (ruin and destruction) will come upon them as suddenly as labor pains come upon a woman with child; and they shall by no means escape, for there will be no escape."
But for the 'born again' believers of Jesus that are living right before the Lord it says this:
1Thessalonians 5: "For God has not appointed us to wrath but obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ. Who died for us so that whether we are still alive or are dead at Christ's appearinig, we might live together with Him and share His life."
Isaiah 24:1 "Behold, the Lord will make the land and the earth empty and make it waste and turn it upside down and scatter abroad the inhabitants."
Isaiah 24:6 "Therefore a curse devours the land and the earth, and they who dwell in it suffer the punishment of their guilt, therefore the inhabitants of the land and the earth are scorched and parched and few people are left."
Isaiah 24:17-20 "Terror and pit and snare are upon you, O inhabitant of the earth! And he who flees at the noise of the terror will fall into the pit and he who comes up outo of the pit will be caught in a snare. For the windows of heavens are opend and the foundatons of the earth tremble and shake, the earth is utterly broken, the earth is rent asunder, the earth is shaking violently. The earth shall stagger like a drunken man and shall sway to and fro like a hammock;"
